Exterior Painting for Condos
August 11th, 2010Finished this building at the end of July, it took us a week but the time we spent was well worth it. We also patched holes, fixed some flashing, repaired drywall and sealed an electrical junction box.

Clubhouse for kids, my kids

Dental Lab
June 28th, 2010Dental Lab from January. I’ve patched a partition wall and ceiling that was removed. Set cabinets and countertops. Installed ductwork for burner exhaust. Installed a switch to control equipment in garage. Painted.

Deck Restructuring
June 28th, 2010Deck that I’ve been working on restructuring. I’ve kept Joists and Planks in place while replacing the 4×4 columns and railing. I’ve added the staircase, these are pictures of what I’ve done thus far. I should be wrapping it up by the end of the week.
